Masquerade, paper faces on parade...

Step 1: Curl hair.

Step 2: Pose fantastically for camera.

Step 3: Put on dresses and continue curling hair.

Step 4: Observe hair-fixing process.

Cat, Katie, and I on our way to the Masquerade Formal. I love this photo.

Deanne, myself, and Alaina at the formal.

Alaina and Loraina (our CA) at the formal.

Sarah and I. So I look a little demonic.

Alaina, me, and Sean (one of the twins), and a random guy in the background.

Me after the formal, tired and ready for bed. Quelle nuit!

Deanne in MY dress.

My room now smells pretty.

Deanne & Bryce at Earl's for Kelvin's birthday!

Le Kelvin et moi.

Le Kelvin and his apple pie.

ME, hard at work on our FTC poster.

Staring into a brighter future... brighter because of my poster...

HOW does my desk get so messy??!!?

Deanne's birthday in the dining hall! (The streamers are still up.)

Yngve was having fun with his camera.

Excitement! Deanne and I can go to CMNSU meetings now that they're on Wednesdays. Meetings! Fellow Communicators! I am happy.

The Do Something 2006 conference is going to be a blast, too.

At Home and New Years

Tuesday, January 3, 2006

More or less, this is the view that Kimmiq has of the kitchen.

Hanging out at our brand new Tim Horton's!

Aaron at Timmy's.

This is the 3200th picture my camera has taken. I call it "View from Scotland Yard".

A "general" snapshot of New Years at Callie's. (She's the one in pink.)

Eric (aka Richard), Miranda, and Callie.

Danielle and I... sadly my hair was curly, and it flopped, but I still managed to salvage it not so badly.

Janine and Aaron.

TJ, Tracy, and Marisa.

Currently, this is how much snow we have. I took this picture about half an hour ago.

This is how much snow we had last January.

Behold the chaos of wires that is our office!

C'est moi, enjoying my new wireless internet.

Welcome to my Christmas tree!

Our christmas tree when all is dark.

Our christmas tree when all is light.

Our christmas tree when some is light.

A happy tomato.

My dog, Kimmiq. He's nine, but looks about... oh, 3 months. You just can't see his grey chin. ;) I've missed him lots.

G-noming it up!

These are our G-nomes.

They belong in traditional Christmas activities, such as bringing the Baby Jesus insence, gold, and myrrh.

They also make good tree-ornaments.

D-nome and J-nome like cookies.

Joni also likes her D-nome.

Stay tuned for further adventures of the G-nomes!

Views of December

Wednesday, December 7, 2005

Our common room is fabulous after this bout of decorating.

French class: probably the only time you will ever see me even touch something G-Unit.

Lecture ought to be included. Only the great Stephan Collis.

This is what December at SFU can often look like; giant octapus and all. =D

I got a little tired of the gross winter weather and decided to pretend I was going on a cruise.

Eventually I gave up and went and got that new blazer from Jacob that I liked, and knitted myself a scarf. ;)

The year is tiptoeing through December, but it's not escaping unnoticed.

'Nuff said in the title.
